The company was founded by a former District Parts & Service Manager (DPSM) for a Korean car company. Jim spent the last 15 years in the field across most of Ontario, and came to learn that being in dealerships is where he wants to be. Prior to that, Jim was one of the first employees of that same company, helping to launch the Parts Operations in Canada with a great team. Before that, Jim spent 11 years in Parts Operations for a Japanese based Automotive and Recreational Products Distributor, which is where he "cut his teeth" in the corporate world.
His retail experience was gathered while growing up. Jim's family owned and operated a Recreational Products dealership in the 70’s and 80’s. During his summers and after school, he would assist the Parts Manager (aka Mom) with running the department; from performing inventory counts, getting orders ready for the techs or customers, etc. He enjoyed those years "at the shop" and its what drew him to wanting to work with dealerships.
